Find a Reliable Broker
How do you find a reliable broker in such a crowded field?
You’re sitting there, eyeballing all of that money you have big plans for. You just know you have all the tools and the know how to go turn that money into quadruple what it’s worth. You know forex trading is the way to go. So, what’s keeping you back? Oh, right. A reliable forex broker.
The top brokerage firm for people like you and me is Advanced Currency Markets, or ACM. They are a Swiss company that was founded in 2002, and at last check, they are trading about $70 billion a month. How’s that for finding where the money’s at?
In today’s world, forex broker after forex broker are thrown at us with the coming of age of the internet world. We get told that their services are better than the others, while about ten thousand other brokerages are saying the same things. Traders never really took active notice of the forex market until around the 1980’s, though, and the market never really started to become the booming investment center that it is today until the late 1990’s. With this, heavy competition has brewed among forex brokerage firms. And with the heavy competition comes the inconvenience of having to research broker before you can really trust them.

There are so many internet scams out there, it’s silly. You could probably count up all the scams on the web, generally speaking, and say that there are about a thousand scams for every honest deal. Unfortunately, there are a lot of scam forex brokers out thereyou’re your research. Use search engines to find out a broker’s history, and find forex investment forums to read personal accounts from people who have already had experiences with the forex broker.
If you find an honest, reliable forex broker, they’re going to have contact information. Unless a forex broker has contact information, and a legitimate physical address printed on their website, do not to business with them. Any website offering services such as forex investing that doesn’t offer a physical address is screaming “SCAM”.
The minimum to invest with a forex broker could be anywhere from $100 and up. Most reliable forex brokers want you to jump through hoops and verify all sorts of information before you can start investing with their firm. This is, in most cases, a good thing. When a brokerage asks you to confirm your bank account and submit documents by mail, this gives you the sense that the broker owns a legitimate establishment. However, you must still do your research on your broker before you take any steps in registering with their services.
The broker you choose needs to offer satisfactory customer service with short wait times and a competent staff. Without these things, your money is at risk, and you should find a different forex broker, pronto!
